The former old Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline (40 m2) is a wonderfully authentic comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home with two bedrooms and shared pool for 1-3 persons.

What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for young and old but also suitable for remote workers and a family with baby and/or toddler.

The high wooden ceilings and many windows make the holiday home look light and spacious. It has a view of the sea, its own private Mediterranean garden and the neighbours' olive grove.

Air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove in the winter. The floor is covered with handmade Portuguese Santa Catarina floor tiles.

From the cozy living room you have access to the master bedroom, the bathroom and the second small bedroom. The kitchenette is located in the living room.

Kitchen
This is equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, small double dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen linen and separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking, crockery and cutlery.

Bathroom
The cozy bathroom consists of a bathroom cabinet with a washbasin. The floor is covered with Portuguese tiles that were handcrafted by an 83-year-old craftsman from the neighborhood.

Of course, with the modern floor heating of today for the winter! A rain shower with hand shower, bathroom furniture and toilet complete the bathroom.

Master bedroom
This consists of a double bed with topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the private spacious garden. The bathrobes and bath towels are ready for you!

Second bedroom
This consists of a single bed and a baby bed. Also all baby facilities are present such as high chair, changing mat.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, parasol and a (gas) barbecue.

It is completely fenced and has been made childproof just like the house. There is a terrace and a parking space at the front and side of the house.

Remote working
If you want to relax during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho and also work remotely, you can do so with us. We provide a good desk chair and good WiFi.

Casa Florine 1-2 person luxury studio

Casa Florine is a modern, luxurious and hotel chic self-catered studio of 40 m2, for 1-2 persons.

The studio is equipped with all comforts with a view of the spacious Mediterranean garden and beautiful olive grove of the neighbors. Comfortable floor heating for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer.

What does studio Casa Florine offer?
A lovely spacious and light studio with wood look whalebone tiles, a comfortable double sofa, relax armchair and a well-stocked bookcase. The high wooden ceiling and many windows make the studio look light and spacious.

Kitchen
The spacious luxury kitchen with Portuguese marble worktop is equipped with an induction hob with extractor hood, small double dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.

And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen, crockery and cutlery. The dining area is spacious with a cozy dining table and 4 chairs. A large air conditioning unit is present for cooling or heating and a fan.

Bedroom
The sleeping area in the spacious studio has a 180x200/210cm double box-spring bed with luxury topper, built-in wardrobe and patio doors to your private garden/terrace.

Bathroom
Adjacent to the sleeping area is the luxurious bathroom. This is equipped with a walk-in shower with hand shower, toilet, mirror and marble bathroom furniture. The marble comes from Portugal and is made by a local craftsman.

Bath and bed linen are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, parasol and a (gas) barbecue.

Remote working
A separate workspace has been created at the studio, consisting of a desk, desk chair, good lighting, printer and of course WiFi. If you need an extra large screen, we will provide it.

Casa Celine
The luxurious modern holiday bungalow Casa Celine (90 m2) has a shared pool and a beautiful view of the fishing village of Fuseta and the Atlantic Ocean in the Algarve. Suitable for 1-2 persons.

What does Casa Celine offer?
A cozy living room with fireplace gives direct access to a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and shared swimming pool.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with built-in extractor, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and large fridge with freezer. And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen and crockery and cutlery. The cozy dining table with four chairs is adjacent to the open kitchen.

In the hall you will find a toilet, the utility room with washing machine and dryer and the passage to the spacious bedroom. This consists of a double bed with topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the garden and sea view. The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower with hand shower, bathroom furniture and second toilet with hand shower.

The accompanying garden is equipped with all garden furniture, lovely sunbeds, parasol and (gas) barbecue. The garden consists largely of Mediterranean plants and trees and of course the orange trees are not missing for which our area is known.

From the garden you can take the stairs up to the roof terrace and have a beautiful view of the ocean. The house has underfloor heating and a fireplace for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer.

Remote working
If you want to work during your stay at Casa Celine besides relaxing, you can do that with us. We provide a good desk chair, printer and WiFi.

Overwintering

Casa Celine is only available in the summer months. If you are interested in renting this property or all of the accommodations while Casa Celine is not available , please send us an email. We will then see what the possibilities are.

Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho consists of two rental holiday accommodations that are very suitable for winterers here in the sunny Eastern Algarve. Portugal.

Overwintering
Casa Pauline and Casa Florine will be available for wintering from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. It is already possible to book these two holiday accommodations for wintering (>28 days)! Contact us if you prefer to book a short stay during this period.

Casa Pauline

What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for 1-2 persons, young and old but unfortunately not for pets.

The holiday home consists of a bright living room with a view of the sea, the private Mediterranean garden and the neighbours' olive grove. Comfortable underfloor heating throughout and a cosy wood stove for when it is a bit colder in the evening.

From the cozy living room you have access to the largest bedroom, the bathroom and the second smaller bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen linen and separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking, crockery and cutlery.

Master bedroom
This contains a lovely double bed with topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the private spacious terrace and garden. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. The bathrobes and towels are ready!

Second bedroom
This consists of a single bed and a baby bed.

Garden
The large private garden with terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining in the winter sun, lovely sunbeds, parasol and a (gas) barbecue. There is a terrace at the front and side of the house and there is parking space.

Remote working
If you want to work during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho besides relaxing, you can do so with us. We provide a good desk chair and WiFi.

Our rental holiday homes Casa Pauline and Casa Florine will be available for winterers here in the Algarve, Portugal at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026.

Casa Florine
Our modern, luxurious and hotel chic self-catered studio of approximately 40 m2, for 1-2 persons.

The studio is equipped with all comfort with a view of the spacious garden (25m) and beautiful olive grove of the neighbors. From your terrace you have a view of the Atlantic Ocean.

What does studio Casa Florine offer?
A lovely spacious studio with a sofa and relax armchair, well-stocked bookcase. The open kitchen with Portuguese marble countertop is equipped with induction hob with extractor, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer and wine cooler.

And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen, crockery and cutlery. The dining area is spacious with a cozy dining table and 4 chairs.

The sleeping area in the spacious studio has a 180x200/210cm double box-spring single bed with luxury topper, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and patio doors to your private garden/terrace.
