The completely renovated Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline (45 m2) is a lovely comfortable and luxurious self-catering holiday home with two bedrooms and shared pool for max 2 people in a Mediterranean garden in the Algarve, Portugal.

What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for young and old, also suitable for small family, remote workers and overwinterers.

Due to the high wooden ceilings and many windows, the holiday home looks light and spacious. It has a sea view, its own private Mediterranean garden and olive grove of the neighbors on the south side.

Air conditioning and floor cooling in summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove in winter. On the floor lie the original handmade Portuguese Santa Catarina tiles.

From the cozy living room you have access to the largest bedroom, bathroom and second small bedroom. 

Kitchen
This is equipped with an oven, induction cooker, extractor hood, small two-person dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, bread toaster, kitchen linen, tableware, cutlery and separate large refrigerator. And of course all the necessities to be able to cook.  

Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a washbasin with sink. On the floor lie Portuguese tiles that are handmade by an 83-year-old craftsman from the neighborhood.

Naturally, with modern underfloor heating for winter! A rain shower with hand shower, washbasin and toilet make the bathroom complete. 

Living room
In it you will find two comfortable armchairs, a three-seater velours sofa, coffee table with marble and glass and a modern carpet.

You can eat at the wooden dining table with four compact handmade dining chairs in linen look. And not to be forgotten is the cozy wood stove, the firewood is already ready.

Large bedroom
This consists of a luxurious handmade box spring with stitched headboard and 21 cm high hotel quality medium-hardness mattress of 180cmx200cm and a topper.

A wardrobe, a chest of drawers, air conditioning and opening doors to the own spacious garden. The bathrobes and towels are ready for you!

Small bedroom
This consists of a one-person bed (can be folded out into a two-person bed) with good quality mattress.

Also a hanging section for your clothes and a well-stocked bookcase. Also, a baby bed can be placed next to the one-person bed.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with a parasol, lounge set to relax comfortably outside. Both at the front and at the side of the house there is a terrace and a parking space. 

Shared garden
In the shared young Mediterranean garden you will find plants from the Algarve such as yuccas, cacti and succulents. But also palms, cypresses and fruit trees are not missing. 

In this garden you will also find the large gas barbecue where you can barbecue to your heart's content. There will be a jeu de boules court added later.

Shared pool
Finally, the 10x4 meter saltwater pool. Large enough to swim a few laps or relax comfortably on the bench in the water with a glass of wine.

There are sunbeds ready for you under the palms with a view of the Atlantic coast. Let the holiday begin!

Overwintering
Casa Pauline is very suitable to stay during the winter period for longer periods. Both the underfloor heating, the wood stove and the good insulation ensure that it is pleasant to stay when the sun does not shine.

Interior
Together with Belgian designers from Concept X Interiors from the neighboring town Olhao, our three accommodations have been designed. We are super enthusiastic about the result.

The paintings that hang in our holiday homes are made by the Dutch artist Chantal van Leeuwen. She works and lives in the Algarve.

Casa Florine 1-2 person holiday home

Casa Florine is a modern, luxurious and hotel chic self-catered holiday home of 40 m2, for max 2 people with shared pool at Boutique Hotel Guesthouse-Moncarapacho in the east-Algarve, Portugal.

The accommodation is equipped with all comforts with view on the spacious Mediterranean garden and beautiful olive grove of the neighbors. From the terrace you can see the sea itself!

Comfortable underfloor heating for winter and automatic air conditioning and floor cooling for summer.

What does Casa Florine offer?
A lovely spacious and light house with wooden whalebone tiles, a comfortable English model two-seater sofa with beautiful print, a compact golden armchair, two coffee tables with marble top.

Due to the high wooden ceiling and many windows it looks light and spacious. A large air conditioning unit is present to cool the entire space.

Kitchen
The spacious luxurious kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooker with extractor hood, small two-seater dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. 

And of course all necessities for cooking, kitchen linen, tableware and cutlery. The dining area is spacious in design with a cozy round mineral-coating dining table and 4 handmade golden color custom-made chairs.

Bedroom
The sleeping area is equipped with a handmade box spring with upholstered headboard, 21 cm high hotel quality medium-hardness mattress 180x200 cm.

Next to the bed two bedside tables of golden metal and marble. A spacious built-in wardrobe and sliding doors to your private garden/terrace. 

Bathroom
Adjacent to the sleeping area is the luxurious bathroom. This is equipped with a walk-in shower with hand shower, toilet, mirror and marble bathroom furniture. The marble comes from Portugal and was made by a local craftsman.

Bath- and bed linen is available, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large beach towels for pool and/or beach. 

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with a parasol and cozy seating area.

Shared garden
In the shared young Mediterranean garden, mainly plants from the Algarve such as yucca's, cacti and succulents are present. Palm trees, cypresses and fruit trees are not missing either.

In this garden you will also find the large gas barbecue where you can barbecue to your heart's content. A jeu de boules court will be added in due course.

Pool
Finally the saltwater pool of 10 by 4 meters. Large enough to swim a few laps or relax on the bench in the water with a glass.

Remote working
If you want to work remotely during your stay at Guesthouse-Moncarapacho, in addition to relaxing, we can do that too. We take care of a good office chair and good WiFi.

Casa Celine
Casa Celine is a luxurious modern holiday bungalow (60 m2) located directly at the pool and offering a beautiful view of the fishing village Fuseta and the Atlantic Ocean in the Algarve. Suitable for 1-2 people.

What does Casa Celine offer?
A cozy living room with open fireplace that provides direct access to the covered terrace (20m2) with outdoor kitchen, long dining table with 4 chairs and shared pool.

A comfortable lounge sofa and a cozy round dining table with four comfortable chairs that border the open kitchen. 

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker with built-in extraction, dishwasher, oven, wine cooler, coffee maker, bread toaster, kettle and large American refrigerator with freezer. And of course all necessary utensils to cook, kitchen linen and tableware and cutlery.

In the hall you will find a toilet, the utility room with washing machine and dryer and the passage to the spacious bedroom. This consists of a double bed with topper, clothes rack, wardrobe with drawers, air conditioning and sliding doors to the garden and sea view.

The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower with hand shower, bathroom furniture and second toilet with hand shower.  Bath towels and robes are available, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large beach towels for pool and/or beach.

From the garden you can go up to the roof terrace via the stairs and have a beautiful view of the ocean. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and an open fireplace for winter and automatic air conditioning and floor cooling for summer. 

Shared garden
The shared garden is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and a parasol. It consists mainly of Mediterranean plants and trees and, of course, the orange trees are not missing where our surroundings are known for.

In this garden you will also find the large gas barbecue where you can barbecue to your heart's content. 

Pool
Finally, the saltwater pool of 10 by 4 meters. Large enough to swim a few laps or relax on the bench in the water with a glass.

Casa Felix, 1-2 person hotel room

Casa Felix is a spacious hotel room including breakfast. We serve this on the terrace or by the pool in our young Mediterranean garden. How lovely?  

Casa Felix is limited availability, maximum 1-6 days to rent, only in summer months and bookable one month in advance through our booking system. Do you want to book earlier, let us know by email.

What does Casa Felix offer?
The room consists of a cozy sitting area, a spacious double bed with its own luxury bathroom, sea view and access to the shared pool. Suitable for 1-2 people.

The sitting area by the window with views of the Atlantic Ocean consists of two comfortable chairs and a small table. 

The high wooden ceiling and the windows give this room a light and spacious atmosphere. It has automatic air conditioning and floor cooling in the summer. 

The bedroom is equipped with a box spring mattress 180x200 cm with topper. Next to the sleeping area is the luxurious and spacious bathroom. This has a walk-in shower with hand shower, toilet, mirror and designer sink.

Bath towels and bed linen are available, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large beach towels for the pool and/or beach. 

On the covered terrace by the pool you'll find in the outdoor kitchen coffee- and tea facilities. 

Who is Casa Felix suitable for?
For people who land at Faro airport and want to relax for a few days,  Or on their way to Seville or traveling through Portugal, this hotel room is perfect.

And of course for guests who cannot stay in one of the three other accommodations,  For 1-2 people.

In the summer months, you can rent our entire small-scale, luxurious Boutique Hotel Guesthouse-Moncarapacho with pool to celebrate your holiday together with family or friends in beautiful east Algarve.

Location
Our Guesthouse is located in a rural area on an unsealed road - just outside the village of Moncarapacho - with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the fishing village of Fuseta, Ria Formosa nature reserve and the olive grove of our neighbors.

Just 8 km away is the sea with its long wide beaches. Very suitable for small children and seniors. It is possible to drive up to the beach and there is hardly any surf.

Take a ferry ride (10 minutes) to Ilha da Fuseta and you'll find there the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with broad beach.

What does the entire Guesthouse offer?
The three self-catered holiday apartments (170m2) with private terraces, suitable for 1 to 8 people, are tastefully and luxuriously furnished by Belgian designers ConceptX Interiors from the nearby Olhão.

Enjoy the warm colors, soft fabrics, marble and shiny gold, but especially the comfortable chairs, sofas and box spring beds.

The interior and decoration/paintings of artist Chantal van Leeuwen are fully coordinated.

The kitchens are luxuriously equipped with an induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, wine cooler and dishwasher. Do you want to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the terrace of your accommodation every day?

Or occasionally enjoy a dinner that we prepare for you? Let us know when booking which arrangement you would like to use.

Casa Florine and Casa Celine are each suitable for a maximum of 2 people. Casa Pauline has an extra (small) bedroom, making it suitable for a small family. At Casa Celine, a baby bed can be placed in the spacious bedroom if desired.

Bath and bed linen is available, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large beach towels for the pool and/or beach. 

Shared garden
The garden has comfortable loungers and parasols. It consists mainly of Mediterranean plants and trees and of course the orange trees are not missing where our surroundings are known for.
