Casa Pauline 1-2 person holiday home

The completely renovated old Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline (45 m2) is a wonderfully authentic comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home with two bedrooms and shared pool for 1-2 persons in a Mediterranean garden in the Algarve, Portugal.

What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for young and old, also suitable for remote workers and winterers.

The high wooden ceilings and many windows make the holiday home look light and spacious. It has a view of the sea, its own private Mediterranean and south-facing garden and the neighbours' olive grove.

Air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove in the winter. The floor is covered with the original handmade Portuguese Santa Catarina floor tiles.

From the cozy living room you have access to the master bedroom, the bathroom and the second small bedroom. The kitchenette is located in the living room.

Kitchen
This is equipped with an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, small double dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen linen, crockery, cutlery and separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking.

Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a vanity unit with wash basin. The floor is covered with Portuguese tiles that were handcrafted by an 83-year-old local craftsman.

Of course, with the modern floor heating of today for the winter! A rain shower with hand shower, bathroom furniture and toilet complete the bathroom.

Living room
Here you will find two comfortable armchairs, a three-seater velvet sofa, a coffee table with marble and glass and a modern carpet.

You can eat at the wooden dining table with four compact handmade dining chairs in linen look. And not to forget the cozy wood stove.

Master bedroom
This consists of a handmade luxury box spring with quilted headboard and 21 cm high hotel quality medium-hardness mattress of 180cmx200cm.

A clothes rack, a chest of drawers, air conditioning and patio doors to your own spacious garden. Bathrobes and bath towels are ready for you!

Second bedroom
This consists of a single sofa bed with a good quality mattress. Also a cupboard with some drawers and hanging space for your clothes.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with a parasol, table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a terrace and a parking space at the front and side of the house.

Communal garden
In the communal young Mediterranean garden there are mainly plants from the Algarve such as yuccas, cacti and succulents. But also palms, cypresses and fruit trees are not missing. We bought a number of them but also many plants we have cut ourselves and they have grown considerably in the meantime.

In this garden you will also find the large gas barbecue where you can barbecue to your heart's content. There will also be a jeu de boules court in the future.

Shared swimming pool
Finally, the saltwater pool of 10 by 4 meters. Big enough to swim a few laps or relax on the bench in the water with a drink. There are sunbeds ready for you under the palm trees with a view of the Atlantic coast. Let the holiday begin!

Remote working
If you want to relax during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho and also work remotely, you can do so with us. We provide a good desk chair and good WiFi.

Together with Belgian designers from Concept X Interiors from the neighboring town of Olhao, our three accommodations were decorated. We are super excited about the result!

The paintings hanging in our holiday homes were made by the Dutch artist Chantal van Leeuwen, who works and lives in the Algarve.

We are fans of her work and are very happy that Chantal has a part of her collection hanging in our Guesthouse. The paintings are for sale except for a few that we find very beautiful!

Casa Florine 1-2 person luxury studio

Casa Florine is a modern, luxurious and hotel chic self-catered studio of 40 m2, for 1-2 persons with shared pool in the Algarve, Portugal.

The studio is equipped with all comforts with a view of the spacious Mediterranean garden and beautiful olive grove of the neighbors. From the terrace you can even see the sea! Comfortable floor heating for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer.

What does studio Casa Florine offer?
A lovely spacious and light studio with wood look whalebone tiles, a comfortable English model two-person sofa with beautiful print, a compact gold colored armchair, two coffee tables with marble top. The high wooden ceiling and the many windows make the studio look light and spacious.

Kitchen
The spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob with extractor hood, small double dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.

And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen, crockery and cutlery. The dining area is spacious with a cozy round mineral-coated dining table and 4 handmade gold-colored custom chairs.

Bedroom
The sleeping area in the spacious studio is equipped with a handmade box spring with upholstered headboard, 21 cm high hotel quality medium-hardness mattress 180x200 cm. Next to the bed two bedside tables of gold-colored metal and marble.

A spacious built-in wardrobe and patio doors to your private garden/terrace. A large air conditioning unit is present to cool or heat the studio.

Bathroom
Adjacent to the sleeping area is the luxurious bathroom. This is equipped with a walk-in shower with hand shower, toilet, mirror and marble bathroom furniture. The marble comes from Portugal and is made by a local craftsman.

Bath and bed linen are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.

Garden

Casa Celine
The luxurious modern holiday bungalow Casa Celine (90 m2) has a shared pool and a beautiful view of the fishing village of Fuseta and the Atlantic Ocean in the Algarve. Suitable for 1-2 persons.

What does Casa Celine offer?
A cozy living room with fireplace gives direct access to a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and shared swimming pool.

A lovely lounge sofa and a cozy large dining table with six comfortable chairs adjacent to the open kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with built-in extractor, dishwasher, oven, wine cooler, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and large American fridge with freezer. And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen and crockery and cutlery.

In the hall you will find a toilet, the utility room with washing machine and dryer and the passage to the spacious bedroom. This consists of a double bed with topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the garden and sea view.

The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower with hand shower, bathroom furniture and second toilet with hand shower. Bath and bed linen is provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.

From the garden you can take the stairs up to the roof terrace and have a beautiful view of the ocean. The house has underfloor heating and a fireplace for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer.

Communal garden
The communal garden is equipped with lovely sunbeds and a parasol. It consists largely of Mediterranean plants and trees and of course the orange trees that our area is known for are not missing.

In this garden you will also find the large gas barbecue where you can barbecue to your heart's content. There will also be a jeu de boules court in the future.
